Philip has been working on a new GUI keyboard shortcut editor and it's
ready for some initial testing and feedback. Grab the latest from git,
build, and go to Edit > Keyboard Shortcuts...
Be sure to rename any .rc files you might have in:
~/.local/share/rosegarden/rc
/usr/share/rosegarden/rc
...or you might not see the new menu item.
