It seems to me there are two solutions to this. The first is to provide a
configuration options somewhere so that this warning can be disabled. That's the
one I'd personally prefer. It is particularly relevant for current versions
of the Yoshimi Pi, which includes Rosegarden and where users would be likely to
just hit the blue shutdown button when they've finished.

The other more nuanced one would be to change the Alert popup to a Choice one
where you can elect to override this. It would be *much* simpler than hunting
down a dot file.
