Launch Rosegarden. Click on "Manage Synth Plugins". Choose your synth. Then
click "Editor". When editor opens click at "Send Test Note". Nothing will
be played.
Then choose "Synth plugin" instead of "General MIDI Device". If you have
only one plugin as I do it will be selected under "Instrument Parameters".
Click "Editor". Window will open, close it. Then go again to editor under
"Manage Synth Plugins". If you click at "Send Test Note" nothing will be
heard, but if you change instrument notes will start to be heard.
