What I can tell you is that both files are "messed up", that is is you listen to the original, untouched file, all tracks will play and track 5 starts playing a few seconds in (as Church Organ). The simple act of exporting from Rosegarden jumbles things up so that the Church Organ starts playing immediately and, as with the modified file, only that track 5 is audible. The reason there is little difference between the 2 files is that they both have the same error.
