Well, I've started work on it. Find it here: http://www.rosegardenmusic.com/wiki/keyboard_shortcuts I added a link to it on the main wiki page.
I would encourage people to add to the list whenever you find the time. If there is a more practical way to make such a list than the way I have now done it, of course feel free to do this. The "Note" column can also be used to indicate when a keyboard shortcut is wrongly listed in the program (e.g. Playback, listed as "return" while actually being "ctrl+return"). Is there a bug-reporting page anywhere to report these kinds of things, by the way? I haven't been able to find one at first glance. Could be more prominent on the homepage, if there is one. On a separate note: is there any way to insert a bar (aka measure) easily, without having to fool around with splitting a segment, dragging it, then creating a new one and joining the resulting segments together? And is there a keyboard shortcut for this? This embarrassed me in front of my friends recently, who now see me as the stubborn dude refusing to use a normal operating system with normal programs like Finale :P And is there a keyboard shortcut for Step Recording? A large part of the composition I have been working on was written using this, and having to click a toolbar button everytime using a netbook keyboard quickly gets awkward... I understand the reasons for the lacking documentation, by the way, and I very much appreciate your work on this program. If it is any consolation, I have been using the program's notation editor intensively the last few months, and churned out a piece for piano, harp, cello and two singers which I will be performing this Thursday. Apart from some bars with too many beats in a bar confusing Lilypond once in a while, it has been relatively painless :) So thanks! I will attempt to help out on the documentation wherever I can.
