Rosegarden has had n-tuplets for years. Since a version or two ago, they're even easier to use with a new n-tuplet insert feature found on the far left toolbar, three icons up from the bottom, or accessed with the ; shortcut. You can also still use the older method, which involved drawing a series of normal length notes, selecting them, and then transforming them into an n-tuplet. -- D.
