Hello, I have been extremely busy and forgot to check this list. This issue has been resolved, and I just wanted to note that for purposes of archival. I don't remember what I did to solve it but I do have libsamplerate-devel installed via the OpenSUSE package manager, so you may have been correct. I can run Rosegarden, although I regretfully haven't had time to play around with it. Thanks for your reply!
