    [CALC] Enable support for HTMLHELP (#1877)
    
    Nowadays ReactOS includes support for htmlhelp.h and a working 
implementation of HHCTRL.OCX. Although current imported HHCTRL.OCX suffers of 
this issue:

    + Revert 'intptr_t' to 'size_t'.
