Hello Pooja, I know it is so soon but I got this email couple days ago.
"Dear President, As the current President of your organization*, *we are sending you information about completing the Annual Report for the 2013-14 year as well as the Budget Request and Office Space/Mailbox/Shadowbox Requests for the 2014-15 year. The Annual Report is *REQUIRED for ALL ORGANIZATIONS* in order to maintain University recognition for your organization. If this report is not completed and submitted by February 28th (Priority Deadline) or March 14th(Absolute Deadline), your organization will not be a student organization for the 2014-2015 academic year. This would mean that you cannot reserve space, hold events or participate in UT Traditions as an organization. The Budget Request is required for all organizations that wish to receive University funding. The Office Space/Mailbox/Shadowbox Request is for organizations that wish to have an office, mailbox or shadowbox in the Student Union. These two requests are optional and must be accompanied by a completed Annual Report. In order to help with this process, we have created a webpage for you - http://www.utoledo.edu/studentaffairs/osi/annualreport.html. You will download the forms here and find some additional instruction. We are currently working on a very detailed How-To guide for the Budget Request form and we will email you when it is available. Should you need any assistance with the forms, please contact us at studentinvolvem...@utoledo.edu." I guess this should be a priority for us now. Tell me when you have time so we can discuss what to write in the report since we had only two meetings and our budget is and has $0. @Mona: please join us since you are experienced with such things.
