Senior Cloud computing support specialist

The duties and responsibilities: 

• Resolves customer issues using the tools and systems available 
• Completes follow-on actions as appropriate, e.g. dispatch materials, send 
communications, escalate problem 
• Ensures that cases are documented correctly 
• Retains ownership of each case until problem is resolved or resolution is 
identified 
• Observes strict compliance to licensing, copyright and trademark legislation 
• Protects confidential, sensitive information and materials 
• Accomplishes other duties as required 

Technologies required: 

One or more of the following: 

• Active Directory 
• MS Exchange 
• SharePoint 
• BlackBerry 
• OS: WinXP; Vista, 7 


Education: 

• Preferably in Computer technologies 
• Microsoft certifications would be considered an advantage 

Language skills: 

• Fluency in German or French 
• Fluency level in English 

Client: HP Bulgaria – Microsoft team 

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria 

Duration: permanent 

Salary: 1100 euro net + relocation package
