JOB DESCRIPTION:

 

*       Ensuring support service to resolve problems encountered by external
customers;

*         Examining all problems; evaluating complexity, impact and
priority;

*         Analyzing support requests sent by the customer by phone, mail or
web;

*       Working in accordance with procedures for fault management and
ticketing systems;
*       Participating as a team member to achieve established objectives.

 


REQUIREMENTS:


 

*         Work experience in a IT Support for at least 6 months

*         Knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook,
etc);

*         Hardware and OS knowledge (Windows NT, 98, 2000, XP);

*         Strong troubleshooting skills;

*         Good communication skills;

*         Graduates or students (available for full-time work);

*         Advantage: Familiar with LAN, WAN technologies and systems and PC
peripherals, as well as remote connection/administration 

*         Fluent in English.
