Oh dear, my bad. Or better: turns out my V4 probe 55795 appears to be bad.
It appears not to boot sometimes., runs hot, turns off… whatever.

Installed a SW probe as backup yesterday on the same connection, that has been working fine during these 19 hours.

I'm seeing constant disconnects/reconnects with probe 18054 on the same controller ctr-dub-hw01 since around 1900 GMT 20th December.
