In case nobody dares to confess - both authors should be reachable via the adresses
listed
on the web page. There might be a problem with my email, as Darmstadt university chose
to rename
itself from th-darmstadt.de to tu-darmstadt.de some time ago, but either
[EMAIL PROTECTED] or, nowadays, [EMAIL PROTECTED]
should reach me.
