Alternately, if you are looking to set it permanently via fstab, look at https://www.tiot.jp/riak-docs/riak/kv/2.0.9/setup/planning/backend/bitcask/#tips-tricks It’s for Bitcask but the same optimization is appropriate for LevelDB.
