We solved the issue using the Spatial:
<fieldType name="location_rpt"
class="solr.SpatialRecursivePrefixTreeFieldType"
distErrPct="0.025"
maxDistErr="0.000009"
units="degrees"
/>
We use that definition for the field and works perfectly, I hope this can be
