One or more of your merge index buffer files is corrupt. Merge index is
the backend that stores Riak Search indexes. Unfortunately this error msg
doesn't tell you which partitions are corrupt. Depending on how
comfortable you are and if this is a production environment you could edit
the files by hand to remove the corrupted entry. You could also delete all
buffer files but if all N copies are still in buffer files then those index
entries will be lost. I can show you how to determine which files are
corrupted but it will involve running Erlang and executing some Erlang code.
The merge index files should be found under
/var/lib/riak/merge_index/<partition number>.
