Nice. I have a hunch that if you ask AWS, they'll be glad to bump up your limit way past 20 instances on EC2.
And I have another hunch that some engineers at AWS would be quite interested in your results. Particularly those working on the Cluster Compute service. Will mention it next time I get a chance.
