Riak does not do locks. Locking is a fundamental use case mismatch in the Riak world. Don't do it. Don't shoehorn Riak (or any other product) into a use case it is not meant to support.
Rework your application to make use of Riaks eventually consistent model or don't use Riak. Otherwise beware of dragons that will fry you in the middle of the night and steal your sleeping children from their warm cozy beds.
