Hi. Per Calvin Walton's suggestion, I submitted a bug report to Ubuntu for the autofilling of CD album and song information. But it wasn't easy.
First I went to the Launchpad website and tried to find a link to manually add a new bug. I couldn't find one. Then I used in Terminal the "ubuntu-bug" command to try to create a bug report. After I clicked through the two GUI screens, a screen came up that said to use the "report bug" feature, available in the menu of the application. Then I couldn't find a "report bug" feature in Rhythmbox. Finally I looked through the Ubuntu website and found a bug squad mailing list and e-mailed the information to them. Which brings me to the suggestion. Please add a "Submit Bug Report" feature to Rhythmbox that gathers operating system version and Rhythmbox version information and automatically creates a "bug report" in Launchpad or GNOME Bugzilla or whatever website or e-mail list you deem appropriate. For comparison purposes, Evolution e-mail has a Submit Bug Report feature under Help. Sincerely, Tracy L.
