Just a note: rhythmbox is still my favorite music player app, any

I feel similar with Rhythmbox. The major reason why I'm still sticking
with it is because, honestly, it integrates better with GNOME 3 and it
doesn't force album art view on me (if Banshee lets you turn this off,
let me know). Some of my albums don't have album art and it's annoying
having to scroll through giant, blank icons in Banshee whereas in
Rhythmbox I can just look on a simple, linear, text-only list. I'm sure
this wouldn't be a problem if all of my music was from, say, iTunes or
Amazon or 7Digital, but I like my indie music.
