For some reason in 13.3 Rhythmbox (was not a problem with 13.1) ONLY searches
for album art from the web (last.fm) instead of locally first. If there is a
cover file in the album's folder it will look for it but it will ONLY use it if
says cover and nothing else. Rhythmbox used to look to see if the music file
had an album art first then the folder and lastly the web. I'm not sure if it's
a bug or not.
