The exact error sentence is:

"Unable to transfer all tracks.
Do you want to continue?

44 of the 128 files to be transferred are not in a format supported by the
target device, and no encoders are avalaible for the supported formats.

Cancel - Continue"

However my iPod model is xB754
Dmesg says: Direct-Access Apple iPod 1.62 PQ: 0 ANSI: 0

Hope that this info can help you/me understand more on this...
