Do your mp3 files have their ID3 tags filed in, or is the artist, album, track name only in the path/filename? I'm pretty sure RB only looks at the ID3 tags. There are ID3 tools out there which will let you use the folder structure to update the mp3 files. I'm not sure what is the best choice at the moment, I haven't need to do this in a while.
