There isn't, and doing this might be a bad idea. Under Amazon's terms we are expected to delete the downloaded covers after 90 days (I haven't checked their current rules). Doing this is much simpler if all the Amazon covers are kept in one place. See: http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=346852 There is other software which will do what you want... I can't remember which tool I used last time, but it could save the covers to the same folder as the music file and/or embed them in mp3 id3 tags.
