I just upgraded my machine to Ubuntu Hardy/Rhythmbox 0.11.5 and have noticed a persistent playback problem since then.
What I'll see is that sometime while playing, a song will end and the UI displays "4:06 of 4:06", but sometimes the tooltip shows "4:06 of 018708713240:02" or something equally as ridiculous. :) I tried logging a session with 'rhythmbox -d', but that logged fully 24 MB of messages, so I'm not sure how to sift through that. I am using the crossfading backend, so maybe that's related, but I hadn't had this problem on 0.11.2 on Ubuntu Gutsy. Cheers, Andrew Conkling
