Thank you for working on this! I like the general direction, as I think
there should be more isolation between sessions. However, I'm afraid that this
is confusing as its only doing it for Hive configuration, but not SQL
configuration or temporary tables.
I propose that we close this issue for now, and discuss what a complete
implementation would look like in the existing JIRA (SPARK-2087). You can
reopen this PR once we have a full design.
