Note that instead of whitelisting window function test cases in
`HiveCompatibilitySuite`, a new `HiveWindowFunctionSuite` was added. This is
because the current Spark SQL HiveQl parser doesn't handle comments, and window
function test input files come with Hive contains comment lines.
