Hey @sarutak @vanzin I thought the following are valid:
```
file:/path/to/my.jar
file:///path/to/my.jar
hdfs://path/to/my.jar
```
but the following are not:
```
file://path/to/my.jar
hdfs:/path/to/my.jar
hdfs:///path/to/my.jar
```
Is this not the case?
