I did more refactoring for Refactoring 2, to create
https://github.com/jerryshao/apache-spark/pull/8 . This is what I finally
recommend for merging. Please take a look. I have run the 3 kafka testsuites
repeatedly for a long time, and they seemed consistently pass.
