I am not sure how people use the ArrayType, particularly for the `nullable`
property, as you said, the `always-nullable` is Hive'spec, probably we'd better
keep it as `true` within the `HiveContext` scope. Updating the
`PreInsertionCasts` seems good idea to me, let's see if we need to update
somewhere else.
