    @scwf It looks like pyspark does not use TestHiveContext. Instead probably 
we can change the sql.py, 
        >>> hiveCtx = LocalHiveContext(sc)
    + >>> try:
    +  ...     hiveCtx.sql("CREATE DATABASE default")
    +  ...     hiveCtx.sql("USE default")
    +  ... except Exception:
        ...     pass
        >>> try:
        ...     supress = hiveCtx.sql("DROP TABLE src")
