@GraceH I think for now it will be best to continue to support Hadoop
1.0.4. What is the new API you refer to and does it work on 1.0.4? I thought
you are saying that `FsPermission.createImmutable` doesn't work in 1.0.4. For
what it's worth I think it's a fine change as long as it works on newer
versions too, and I assume it does.
