Yeah, it just amounts to removing two more deprecated methods in MLlib; I
personally think that's good.
There are a few remaining references to Tachyon that should probably be
generically about "off-heap storage". I don't know if it's worth overloading
this so much to accomplish that too. I just saw we were touching a class whose
docs refer to Tachyon (when the actual param name refers to off-heap) so
figured we could justify fixing it while touching that code anyway.
