    @davies The code is ready to review, after addressing all the comments. 
    
    @davies @cloud-fan The current implementation of 
`ResolveAggregateFunctions` also try to resolve the missing sort references, 
but it has a limit. The logics is triggered iff `Aggregate` is the child of 
`Sort`. I am just thinking if we should move it into the rule 
`ResolveSortReferences`?
