This is a totally minor nit to be picking, but do you mind explicitly
naming these parameters at their call sites? e.g.
```
new StaticMemoryManager(conf, maxExecutionMemory = maxMemory,
maxStorageMemory = Long.MaxValue)
```
I think this makes the code slightly easier to read.
