What if you want to run your driver UI on exactly one port, but need the
executors to try many ports because they may collide with other executors on
the cluster from other apps? or even because it's possible you'll schedule two
of your executors on one machine? Is that realistic -- I wonder if I miss some
reason this won't happen.
