@szehon-ho @gengliangwang, could you double check this?
The new logic uses:
- `transformWithPruning` to traverse plans
- `transformExpressionsWithPrunning` to traverse expressions in each node
Instead of `transformAllExpressionsWithPruning` before.
This should be equivalent but another pair of eyes would be great.
