Review Comment:
   Yes, this makes sense. I added `DEFAULT_SRID` to avoid magic numbers in 
`types.py`. But we can keep it in tests - it's fine to leave [4326] in a test 
case. We will add more SRIDs very soon, so this list of SRIDs will grow soon 
enough (similar to the list of unsupported SRIDs: [-4612, -4326, -2, -1, 1, 2]).
