Review Comment:
It happened most of times I can just rerun the test when there are flaky
test failed to get checks passed. But there are cases even rerun success, the
check still fails. All the tests passed last time and I'm trying to rerun the
test again to make the checks pass. It's going to take roughly another two
hours.
