LGTM. The things I might be wary about in dependency upgrades are whether
it changes any transitive deps or breaks compatibility. But this doesn't have
any non-test deps and there are few commits between 1.0.0 and 1.0.3; looking at
release notes and the commit log shows nothing that should be of any
consequence for compatibility.
