@scwf @rxin oh, sorry about the file name issue, that is really
unfortunate. I thought it was a limited enough set of URLs it worked out ok,
didn't realize the windows problem. in any case I'll switch to sanitized file
names
and you are right about the big test file -- I had it sitting around to
test lots of different examples earlier, but I've paired it down to something
much simpler. Will open a new PR shortly
