Change subject: IMPALA-14803: Speed up Iceberg table minimal topic updates ...................................................................... Patch Set 4: I couldn't reproduce the failures in the last build - based on the failed tests some custom cluster tests had problems with starting up the cluster. Found a bug anyway, ps3 broke the original optimization that was the goal of the patch.
