Patch Set 2: We have a bug in https://github.com/apache/impala/blob/master/fe/src/main/java/org/apache/impala/analysis/IcebergPartitionExpr.java#L61 and a couple of test cases in AnalyzeDDLTest.java were also passing because of this bug (which ideally shouldn't).
