IMPALA-13637: Add ENABLE_TUPLE_ANALYSIS_IN_AGGREGATE option IMPALA-13405 adds a new tuple-analysis algorithm in AggregationNode to lower cardinality estimation when planning multi-column grouping. This patch adds a query option ENABLE_TUPLE_ANALYSIS_IN_AGGREGATE that allows users to enable/disable the algorithm if necessary. Default is True. Testing: - Add testAggregationNoTupleAnalysis. This test is based on TpcdsPlannerTest#testQ19 but with ENABLE_TUPLE_ANALYSIS_IN_AGGREGATE set to false.
