Hi Sam, We don't have anything today. Development had begun on one, but have had a combination of other priorities and some work on the APIs to get true dashboard integration going. Some of that is scheduled for Review Board 8, and I want to return to the VS Code support along with that. There's nothing preventing an extension from being built today to post or update review requests, but an official extension will have to come once we're past some other tasks on our plate.
