I did some digging - I am fully convinced that this issue comes from this PR <https://github.com/reviewboard/reviewboard/commit/2bbc1b4f0b4487ac771dceb33c884995b427de27#diff-df8aa173986724d8fbb1f95fa8e0b6896b71c4369c9a0d226d9fb2de608768c2R43> and that line (and others like it, if they exist in that PR). I run RB as a directory in `https://example.com/reviewboard`, and that line would send the request to `https://example.com/r/_batch`, which is outside `/reviewboard`.
