That has the Jenkins support, and should work fine on Review Board 3.0. As for using 4.0 in production, we're very close to release, so if you're feeling like you can manage the possible bugs or regressions that come up, you're welcome to use it. You'd probably want a Premium Support contract, though, in order to get priority bug fixes and custom builds with those fixes. That said, I'd start with using rbintegrations 2.0 beta 1 on Review Board 3.
