RBTools 1.0 already supports Python 3, but RBTools 2.0 with improved
support should be out by Monday.

Review Board 4.0 beta 1's final release blocker was finished last week.
We're preparing it for release this month, and want to fast-track a 4.0
final release (assuming feedback is reasonable).
