Actually, few reviewbot's child processes turn out to defunct process and 
not releasing the parent worker. Over a period of time, this builds up and 
occupies many reviewbot workers. They are not getting released until we 
restart the workers. This is also a reason, we have many reviewbot workers. 
Any tip to get rid of defunct processes will help.
