So here is something I found in trying to work out my issue with setting up
reviewboard. Maybe someone can shed some light on it.
I am using :
 RBTools 0.7.10
>>> Python 2.7.5 (default, Oct 11 2015, 17:47:16)
[GCC 4.8.3 20140911 (Red Hat 4.8.3-9)]
>>> Running on Linux-3.10.0-327.10.1.el7.x86_64-x86_64-with-redhat-7.2-Maipo
Reviewboard 2.5.13.1
Version Control = clearcase

So I install reviewboard as user "rbuser". This user is the owner of
application in Linux sense. In order for rbuser to be able to access the
path into the repository the rbuser needs to be a member of the repository
owner group. With several VOBs in my environment there are several groups
as each developer only has access to the repositories they need for their
project. now here is the catch. If rbuser is a member of the group when the
application is installed there seems to be no issue. Access to the
repositories seems to work and posting succeeds. However, if rbuser is
added to a group after install and the repository that is managed by that
group access is added to reviewboard there is an issue. In this case,
posting fails. Now in most application I have come across in Linux, all you
need to do is to stop the services controlling that application and then
restart them for the update to take. However, this does not seem to work
with reviewboard. Has anyone experienced this?

Thanks
